I have problem with my stomach and from that i learn many things! and here i want to share to you. I diagnosed with pangastritis and NERD (Non-Erosive Reflux Desease) , It's a chronic gastritis or in common language i can tell, it's a chronic ulcer.

I'm quite surprised, because i'm still 25 years old and i have "chronic" disease. Be honest it's really sad fact, but i'm thankful easily now. So, thank God! i'm sure, everything that happens have a meaning.

Here, I want to tell you that "healthiness is number one".

Trust me, it's tiring to be sick.

Especially if you have problem with your stomach or digestive.

You cannot eat freely and when it's relapsing, then full of your body will be not well, even sometimes you feel like you cannot breath well. When you cannot breath well and your heart beat faster, then all of your body feels pinned everywhere. Trust me, it feels like dead before the eyes.

My suggestion to you if you're healthy:

  1. Do not stress!

  2. Eat well, please schedule your eating time and also schedule unhealthy food menus (when is the healthy food time and when is unhealthy food time), make sure it's balanced!

  3. Do not forget to workout, but sufficiently.

  4. Better to do MCU (Medical Check Up), then consume supplement as needed, or just consume supplement once you notice your body needs it.

  5. It's important to have Insurance! We never know when we will be sick, in 24years i can count how many times i went to hospital for treatment. But now in 1 year back, my hospital expensed is around 60-70mio rupiah, and it's fully covered by insurance.

Next, My suggestion to you if you have Gastritis/GERD:

For recovery, please do 7 point below for 1-3months. (depends on the severity)

  1. You must make sure you eat healthy food, high fiber and make sure you avoid food restriction of gastritis.

  2. Do not stress, do not think too much, do not worry too much, super important! Just watch a funny movie or standby tranquilizer.

  3. Eating time! You must eat breakfast that really full, lunch and dinner (max! at 7pm).

  4. Workout, you must sweating everyday.

  5. Consume supplement, ginger, turmeric.

  6. Sleep enough, 8hours. Better to sleep before at 11pm. Make sure you sleep 3-4hours before you eat.

  7. Do not let your body get cold temperature.

If you have feeling well already, please still follow point 2-6 and for point 1, i have a bit update, you must still watch out your food. You can eat unhealthy food or food restriction of gastritis, but! please balance! just once in one day or/and probably 3-4 times in a week.

Result after following 7 point above for 2.5 months with not really perfect implemented, but thank God! i feel super better.

Here are several brands that i use

  1. My supplement is Usana.

  • I consume 'Probiotic' and 'Digestive Enzyme' when I relapse.

  • I consume Cellsential, Magnecal D, Proflavanol C, Biomega, everyday.

  1. My insurance is Prudential.

  • Make sure your insurance agent is full time agent

  1. My hospital is in Mayapada Hospital Serpong and the Doctor is Dr. Johanes Juwono Sadikin.

  • I really recommend him, he will find out the root of problem before he diagnosed. He give really nice education and really clear explanation every time you asked something.

  1. My medicines.

  • Vomizole: reduce stomach acid.

  • Insepsa: lining the stomach.

  • Braxidine: tranquilizer.

  • I have stopped it already, but i always standby with Vomizole&Braxidine anytime and anywhere.

Restriction food for Gastritis/Gerd:

  • Sour food.

  • Spicy food.

  • Milk, cheese, chocolate.

  • Too much oil/butter food.

  • Junkfood.

  • Too hot and too cold drink/food.

  • Coffee, tea.

  • Alkohol, soda, softdrink.

  • Tubers.

  • Too much sugar.

  • Fruit that sour, apple, strawberry, orange.

  • Vegetables that have gas, such as mustard greens, cabbage.

So far that's it, my dear diary. Hopefully it's useful for you.

Stay healthy!
